Gurdeep Grewal is an experienced business leader with 27 years of experience in the outsourcing environment for both the public and corporate sectors. Gurdeep has a proven track record in developing outsourcing strategies for companies across all the major market sectors, which has resulted in clear business benefits to clients.

As Head of Zensar’s European operations, in the last 2 years, Gurdeep has grown Zensar’s European revenue by 50% year on year and has also been forefront in expanding Zensar’s delivery capabilities across Europe.

Gurdeep has an extensive network across the UK and European marketplace where he is personally assisting many blue chip clients. Prior to Zensar, Gurdeep held senior positions at LogicaCMG, Unisys, HP, ICL/Fujitsu and iGate.

With ground experience from both user and provider within the Information Services environment, Gurdeep has successfully lead a number of large multi million pound programmes from inception through design, development, support and maintenance. Some of the key components to their success has been managing change and managing risks. Creating business agility and helping customer deliver end-user benefits are key criteria against which Gurdeep manages any programme. Equally important is gaining the full support of all the stakeholders. All these attributes are coupled with factors such as a driving competitive advantage in a dynamic landscape, delivering continual return on investment and the all very important personal and human factor including staff retention, managing and empowering global teams.

Gurdeep holds a degree in Computer Science from London. In his personal life he is very much a family man with 3 children and keeps trim and fit by cycling for charities and a round of golf when he can.
