Prameela has over 19 years of industry experience, having been a missile scientist for over a decade and worked closely with Dr Abdul Kalam on mission critical defense systems including the now famous Agni and Akaash. An alumnus of the London School of Economics, Prameela has played multiple roles at Zensar, moving from deliveries to pre-sales and Account Management across shores as a core member of the longstanding Cisco partnership. In addition to this, she has also handled Zensar’s Global Marketing and Strategy function and is now heading the near 3500 team at Zensar as the Global HR Head. Her deliveries-to-strategy-to-HR profile is yet another demonstration of Zensar's core values of people focus and flexibility.
