The Customer

The customer required a new technical solution for the invoice and credit management, which would help small businesses in UK manage the three key pain points of trade credit: bad debts, late payment and time wasted.
The client expected the technical solution to be reliable, highly available, flexible, portable, secure, fast and scalable. In order to accomplish this, the client engaged Zensar Technologies for the development and support of the its Credit Manager (CREDITFOCUS). The CREDITFOCUS is designed to think and act like Business owner’s very own credit control department. It allows users to create and manage customer records, monitor variations in credit ratings of their existing customers and send solicitors’ letters to customers who have not paid within the agreed credit period.

The CREDITFOCUS was expected to be (a) Simple to maintain and (b) Focused to meet the requirement to provide application, documentation, implementation, hosting and maintenance services.

The Solution
