Solution Architect:  SA/IM/GOS/130807

* Responsible for supporting the Sales Account Teams in the design; planning and implementation of both distributed and centralized IT Infrastructures, in presales activity. * Responsible for delivering the full Architecture design including all technical components (HW, Middleware, Applications if needed, IT process) * Responsible for the IT Architecture design, planning and implementation in one or several domains/practice areas. * Should maintain and utilize detailed industry knowledge, including expert working level knowledge of Microsoft, Server processes and technologies to construct and quote specific and detailed solutions for customer sales opportunities. * Collaborates with other Solution Consultants to ensure the integrity of proposed solutions and has full responsibility for validating the complex solution design proposed. * Constructs risk assessments and corresponding remediation plans relative to complex solutions proposals. * Post-sales / delivery composes and validates Statement of Work or other documents, using departmental methodology & all relevant expertise's as available, to craft detailed and accurate deliverables that specify the processes, technology etc involved in proposed solutions * To follow all organizational Standard Operating Procedure relative to cost modeling, approvals and reviews, and all other associated workflows and deliverables. * To handle Design, Planning and Implementation of large projects. Response Creation of RFI & RFP for Remote Infrastructure Management Projects. * Maintain strong relationship with a wide range of global customer with high level of quality service and support. * Should have expertise in Microsoft Back office (NT 4.0, Windows 2000, Windows 2003) and in SQL Server and Oracle database * Expertise in Microsoft Exchange Server 5.5,IIS & Citrix Presentation Server * Should have experience in backup and disaster plan to implement with NAS Solution and create and implement a hot site for Business Continuity Planning. * Successfully handled a wide range of large implementation projects. * Should be dedicated team player with positive attitude, Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Should be MCT, MCSA, MCSE, ITIL certified

A) Strategy for the Practice: a) To devise strategies for what should be Zensar’s positioning in the Oracle Financials space b) To stay in step with Oracle’s direction for Oracle Financials c) To work with the marketing team to ensure that Zensar’s Oracle Financials practice is portrayed as one of the best in the Industry d) Identify areas for investment by the practice e) Drive budgets for the practice f) Manage relationships with Oracle in the Financials space B) Drive New Business measured on the basis of revenue earned a) Through closure of new accounts and projects in existing accounts by driving the entire presales effort b) Through creation of new Service Offerings. C) Delivery measured on the basis if Customer Satisfaction Score a) Assist Delivery by creating of new methodologies if required b) Assist Delivery by creating of Reusable components and Internal Tools c) Assist Delivery by providing resources in a timely manner d) Assist Delivery by providing best practices for Solution Creation in Financials e) Enter into Delivery Alliances for specific deliveries D) People and Resource Management a) Manage the entire Oracle Financials Community of Zensar Technologies Ltd b) Plan Trainings for the team c) Managing staffing and bench strength of the practice d) Assist in Hiring of resources
