Employee training on skills as well as Zensar specific quality process is key success factor for Zensar. Challenge is posed by the workforce that is distributed across various location. In order to overcome the constraints presented by conventional training, e-learning is introduced for upgrading technical skills as well as training on quality systems at Zensar.
We have built our own eLearning module for the Quality Processes – eQIFTI that is accessible to all employees through K-Zen (Intranet).
Zensar has tied up with world-class eLearning providers for technical training modules cutting-edge technologies like Oracle Apps, Data warehousing, Project Management, UNIX etc.
In order to move up the value chain, it is critical to enhance the knowledge and competencies of individual employees. The aim is to make excellent business leaders from among the employees. Zensar has tied up with one of the leading management institutes in the country – Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM) for Executive PGDBM. This is an exclusive EPGDBM program, customized to the specific needs of the organization. Zensar has completely sponsored a batch of employees for the course. As a result, a batch of 30 Zensarians are undergoing management education at SIBM.
