Fun@ZensarAt Zensar, special efforts have been made to provide safe work environment, which is fun and exciting. Each asset such as lighting, open Amphitheatre, Zen designs, with landscaping and eco-friendly environment is comparable with the best of the breed. The ambience and equipment reflects informality and spontaneity of the young culture that the organization represents. Zensarians are provided enough opportunities to get away from the stress and strain of work and spend some quality time in various leisure as well as self-development activities. Forums such as Zenventure, Zenshare and Team building events add to the fun of working. Zen ShareZenShare is a way of life, the underlying principal being to create a sharing synergy and mature relationships between each ZenSarian and within the company at large. These relationships bind the Zensar family together and help it to move ahead. As in every family, Zensar too has its shared repository of values, beliefs, care, concern and its own way of life. ZenShare then becomes the soul of the entity called ZenSar. In the future, all thoughts that we, as a family share would fall under this name-ZenShare. It would then become a means by which we nurture, share and care for all ZenSarians. This forum helps in seeking and promoting employee involvement in various initiatives. cultural events, street plays, rock shows, sports activities and such other employee activities are held under the umbrella of Zenshare. By showcasing diverse talents that go beyond the technical skills, this forum helps to create a strong employee bonding with the organization. Team BuildingOutbound team building sessions are conducted for various groups in the organization. These sessions are aimed at creating an open culture, as well as increasing the cohesion among various teams in the organization. Interest GroupsOur management fully endorses and supports these new initiatives, which revive creative juices, increases social interaction and gets the adrenaline pumping. We have groups for Music & Dance , Dramatics and Literary as well. ZenSports: Again, as a part of team integration and fostering bonding with the organization, Zensar provides facilities for sports in the campus. The employees make regular use of these facilities. Intra-company sports tournaments are held periodically which draw large participation. Indoor games include: Chess, Table Tennis, Carrom, etc. Outdoor sports include: Cricket, Volleyball, Basketball, etc. Zenventure: The Adventure Club takes one to the world of Trekking, Rappelling, Paragliding and other adventure sports. This club is formed and run by the employees without much ado. It is heartening to see that often some of the senior managers go along with the young group to partake in the excitement of the adventure. |
