Recognition and Rewards

Unit-wise reward system

Based on the customer feedback, team and individual performance periodic spot awards are given in Delivery Units. These are given at Mini-EBMs conducted for the respective delivery units. Awards are given away by the customer representatives / Members of senior management to boost the morale of the employees.

Excellence Awards
Employees are recognized for their significant contributions throughout the year. These recognitions are in form of spot awards, certifications, and team awards and generally client feedback is one of the most crucial factors for these awards.
To recognize and reward outstanding contribution made by employees, we have instituted excellence awards, which are given every year. The various categories are:

  • Employee of the year
  • Best Delivery person of the year
  • Best Sales Manager of the year
  • Best Support person of the year
  • Outstanding Manager of the year
  • Ubharta Sitara award

In addition to the above initiatives, any appreciation letters given by the customers to the deserving employees are displayed at the work areas, published in the newsletter to recognize their contribution
