Zensar Technologies provided software CMM Consultancy to a medium scale company in China. The objective of this assignment was to provide guidance and implementation support to achieve SW-CMM Level 2 starting from Level 1. The duration of this assignment was 9 person weeks. One Zensar consultant was associated with this assignment from July 2004 to Apr 2005.

Summary of the Case Study:

Zensar provided guidance and implementation support to the client to achieve SW-CMM Level 2. Zensar consultant helped client to establish and implement project management and SQA processes.
