Zensar Technologies provided software CMM Consultancy to a leading aircraft corporation in USA. The objective of this assignment was to provide guidance and implementation support to achieve SW-CMM Level 3. The duration of this assignment was 98 person weeks.
Documentation gap analysis was done from India for 10 person weeks followed by 88 person weeks work at USA. Four Zensar consultants were associated with this assignment from Nov 1999 to October 2000.
Scope of Assignment
- Documentation gap analysis for CMM Level 3 requirements from procedures point of view, done at India
- Provide assistance to correct identified gaps
