The Client wished to perform a cross platform upgrade from Unix to open source Linux and wanted to have a global upgrade of their existing Oracle eBusiness Suite to Rel.11.5.9.

With significant experience and expertise in 11i upgrades, Zensar performed an upgrade assessment, before commencing the upgrade and also successfully executed business process re-engineering for Order Management and Shipping modules. The upgrade exercise also involved the upgrade of Oracle Database to Oracle 9i.
