The client had implemented Oracle Applications Version 11.0.3 for its worldwide Business Operations and had requirements for 24x7 DBA Support and for regular Maintenance, Customizations, Enhancements, and new Developments of the Oracle Applications.
Zensar established an Offshore Dedicated Center (ODC) in Pune, India with a dedicated team of Technical and Functional Consultants. The solutions were offered based on Zensar's time-tested and proven Dual-Shore Model. A dedicated leased line was established between the client's site and the ODC for all communication.
The Solution resulted in a cost reduction by approximately 40% with a faster development cycle. Highly scalable project teams also lead to higher efficiency and leveraging time difference advantage.
