  • BW and MAP (Merchandise Assortment and Planning) Integration for multiple planning scenarios.
  • POS (Point of sale) interface design for receipt level bill analysis.
  • Design of OTB (Open to Buy) @ Retail based on variable stock cover
  • Formulation of common set of KPIs and finalization of analytics requirements for diverse merchandise categories covering Apparel, Grocery, FMCG, Consumer Electronics and Private Labels etc
  • Retail Specific Vendor Evaluation based on typical KPIs viz. Line Fill and Case Fill Rates.
