Strategic Business Unit (SBU) Organization

Zensar has a holistic approach in addressing the end-to-end IT and BPO needs of customers; it also recognizes the need to offer specialized services, and in that quest has developed a four- pronged Strategic Business Unit (SBU) model to cater to customer needs in specific technology and domain areas.

Each business unit has specialist sales persons with knowledge and experience in the area of focus and is better equipped to manage cost and deliver quality and adapt to an agile market

Solution BluePrint - SBP

Solution Blue Print(SBP) harnesses innovation and process automation to help customers jump the curve and boost productivity. It challenges the paradigm of a people-intensive software industry. It captures business processes and application design in a visual, platform-agnostic blueprint.

Solution Blue Print(SBP) leverages a framework of tools that automates the software development cycle. The solution blueprints are automatically forward engineered to deliver cutting-edge solutions exploiting technology advancements. This approach gives the customer flexibility to easily maintain, enhance and integrate applications in a significantly faster and cost-effective manner.

Global Delivery Model - GDM

Zensar’s global delivery model is unique in that it is virtual, and does not believe in establishing numerous, unnecessary, brick and mortar structures to generate applications disconnected from the customer’s business processes.

Rather, GDM combines mature offshoring processes, which emulate global manufacturing best practices and a community of intellect across the globe that spans multiple business domains. The global delivery model thus significantly reduces the pain of people dependence and technology bondage to deliver agile, flexible, future-proof solutions on demand.

Quality at Zensar

Zensar uses two key globally acknowledged frameworks; ISO 9000 and the Software Engineering Institute Capability Maturity Model (SEI CMM), to deliver quality services. In addition, we have the Six Sigma and Total Quality Management (TQM) initiatives based on the Malcolm Baldridge National Quality Awards (MBNQA) and European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) to drive process quality at Zensar.

Zensar BPO has taken the first step towards achieving the Customer Operations Performance Center (COPC) Gold Certification using Six Sigma and Kaizen. The most sought after certification in the customer contact center industry today, COPC has been adopted and implemented in more than 35 countries to date.
