The offered solution was able to meet all expectations of the client. The solution followed 3-tier architecture that was able to track work output of the employees and was robust enough to handle 50000 users.

Web Time- a Web based on-line time entry system for the employees of the client was developed. This product is a part of the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) payroll package and replaces a CICS based Time Entry system. Users can enter time daily or weekly. Some of the features of this system are as mentioned below:

• Allows the users to correct time within the calendar year
• Total user base is 50,000
• Expected peak time hits 15,000

• There was a need of a comprehensive Time Sheet System that would enable tracking of work output of the employees.
• The system had to be robust with the capacity to handle upto 50000 users with a peak time usage upto 15000.
