The client is a leader in operating complex energy networks. They’re the UK's biggest investor-owned utility and one of the UK's 20 biggest companies. Their UK gas business is the EU's largest integrated gas system.
As a subsequent stage to the development of CPM Phase 1, the current phase of work sought to leverage on the existing infrastructure to attain the anticipated levels of collaborative working. The scope of services spanned functional areas of program and project management, process consulting, product consulting, product implementation, application development and organizational change management.
A project team consisting of technical consultants and knowledge management consultants was formed to implement the solution. The various functionalities / business processes covered as a part of this phase may broadly be categorized into the following modules :

- Managing the scheme templates and interfacing with the asset management application
