The O-ASAP methodology supplements SAP’s Accelerated SAP (ASAP) methodology at its core with Zensar’s expertise in dual-shore delivery model, change management, risk mitigation and audit, in order to deliver high-quality SAP implementations at significantly reduced costs. O-ASAP enables us to engage all levels of the customer organization, from executive sponsors to end users, thereby creating a “pull” from the organization as opposed to a “push” from the program team.
