The company has helped define and grow a unique technology market, providing testing and troubleshooting capabilities that have grown to mission critical status in manufacturing and service industries. Challenge

In order to optimize the mission critical business processes / applications, the client wanted a global Re-implementation of their Financials, distribution, HRMS, Service & manufacturing modules with a new implementation of CRM. They were also looking for a global support partner to support their re-implementation.

Solution

The solution covered the custom development, history data migration, custom object migration & data conversion. Zensar was involved in the consulting services for the client’s business process re-engineering.

Benefit

The whole assignment witnessed a cost reduction of 20 % and the seamless upgrade from Rel.10.7 to Rel.11i with the help of Zensar SEI CMM level 5 processes.
