Front Office Management (Point-of-Sale)
The Front Office Management (FOM) module is the Point-ofsale (Sales Terminal) module, which takes care of all your front office needs like customer invoicing and check out, barcode scanning, multi-currency multi-payment-mode tendering, promotions implementation, discounts, customer look-up, suspending / recalling / voiding invoices, accepting returns, reporting etc. FOM gives you the option of choosing two interfaces: Touch-screen based and Keyboard based. Both the interfaces have full mouse support without sacrificing the keyboard functionality. The invoices / sales receipt are fully
customizable. FOM provides multi-level security to sales personnel for returns, discounts, voids and direct pricing.

goods, purchase returns, inventory control, accounts payable, accounts receivable, customer & supplier maintenance, label designing, MIS reporting etc.

This is the controlling module, which is also optional for larger retail environments.
