The Business Challenge

The client as a third party administration (TPA) business provides unit trust / mutual fund / transfer agency and portfolio product administration services for South African, Channel Islands and Luxembourg retail investment funds. It wanted to move from an in-premises model to an on-demand model with the third party administration service.

The Solution

SAP, A fully integrated ERP was implemented in the whole organization to allow for centralized information to be entered into the system for correct and accurate flow of information across various departments like sales, Materials management, Production Planning and Finance & Costing.
