Bridging the gap with our employability skill development program

Zensar Employability Program

The Employability Skills Development (ESD) program addresses key concerns and bridges the gap between academia and industry. It offers employability training to fresh engineering graduates and final-year students for their better readiness toward the IT industry at no cost to the students.

As part of this program, the RPG Foundation trains more than 3,500 students every year through its 40+ campuses in Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh, Telangana, and Andhra Pradesh.
