Our client, an insurance corporation, had to calculate incentives and bonuses for its salespersons based on their performance. This meant paying a significant amount of money to a SaaS-based commission processing engine to generate reports on the same. These reports generated by the commission engine were generic and didn’t provide much insights.

We implemented a dashboard and self-servicing capabilities for our client outside the commission processing engine at the fraction of a cost. The dashboard, unlike the one provided by the commission engine, was detailed, and provided insights on compensation based on geography, credit type, and more.
