Elevating Patient Experience for Cydar with an Enhanced Visualization System

We helped Cydar, a leading provider of cloud-based visualization software in healthcare, to improve its patient experience. To enhance the client’s visualization system for endovascular surgery, we went into the operating theatre with the client to conduct comprehensive research on the surgical workflow and gather critical insights from surgeons, radiographers, and support staff on the challenges they faced. By applying solid experience design, we improved the system’s user interface, leading to greater functionality, operational efficiency, and better patient outcomes.
