Zensar helps Candela rejuvenate medical aesthetics business on Oracle Cloud

Launched in 1970, Candela is a leading U.S.-based global medical aesthetic device company with headquarters in Marlborough, Mass. To keep its operations in 16 countries running at maximum efficiency, Candela needs a robust business platform that won’t go down. For years, the company depended on Oracle E-Business Suite R11i software to manage a full range of enterprise systems, including manufacturing, inventory, financials, procurement, sales orders, and more. Recently, however, these legacy on-premises systems had started showing their age.
Working with Zensar, an Oracle Cloud Service Provider Expertise (CSPE)-certified enterprise, Candela leveraged Oracle Cloud services to update its legacy E-Business Suite software and migrate all of its applications and middleware to Oracle Cloud platform. This allowed the medical device company to take products to the market faster and respond quickly to changes in requirements.
