Chaitanya (Chai) leads Zensar’s global Digital Engineering, Consulting, Martech, AI, and Creative Studios practice, overseeing a team of 2,500 specialists across design, strategy, marketing, creativity, and engineering. His focus is on helping enterprises deliver connected outcomes — smarter products, modern platforms, and customer engagement that drives growth. With over three decades of leadership experience across financial services, manufacturing, retail, and telecom, Chai has successfully driven transformation across markets in the US, the Middle East, Europe, India, Singapore, and Australia. He spent 10 years heading Zensar’s European business, establishing a strong regional presence. Prior to Zensar, he led key verticals at iGATE for nine years. Beyond business, Chai serves on the board of a UK-based non-profit dedicated to children’s education, poverty alleviation, and youth empowerment.
